Is CBD legal?
Yes, given the 2018 July. According to the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) Committee of Experts (ECDD), cannabidiol ( CBD ) should not be controlled as no psychoactive effects of CBD have been identified.
With the increase in worldwide use of cannabis products and the accumulation of sufficient scientific evidence on the use of cannabis products for therapeutic and medical purposes, the WHO in 2018 In July, it analyzed cannabis use for the first time and made recommendations to the United Nations (UN).

WHO Committee of Experts 2018 July. 4-7 days decided at the meeting:
• There is sufficient research to assess the use of cannabis and cannabis products (critical review) in the ECDD 2018. at the November part-session.
• ECDD decided to recommend to the international drug control organizations (including the United Nations drug control conventions) that kanabidiolis should not be controlled, because there is no set CBD psychoactive effects and the CBD does not cause any dependency.
